This branch of Gail’s has swiftly become my home away from home. Often you’ll find me sitting outside(weather be damned!) having a stiff cup of coffee(add that extra shot in your latte, trust) and doodling away. There’s a certain comfort to the place, might possibly be because it’s located in charming Church street or the lovely staff who give you that personal treatment. Whenever I go in I know I’ll be greeted like a friend and have great banter. Especially with the likes of Ludovica, who from the outset has been warm and kind. She’s an excellent worker and I look forward to her spot on advice(great choice on the waste free sourdough) and just great conversation.
We are not starved for coffee shops in Twickenham, but there’s a reason you’ll only find me loitering at this establishment.
My favourite brunch in London, amazing location by the river and they have the most perfect variety of pastries to compare to other branches.
Outside tables are in a beautiful street that ends to the river!
They serve some cakes and pastries but it’s always good if you check their takeaway biscuits ( I love their Nut biscuits which are pistachio 😋)
You can't go wrong with GAIL backery.
1st time I've been to to this backery and it was packed both the outside seating area as well as inside.
They didn't have my favourite crossoint with almond and chocolate stuffing, so I bought a quiche, which was really good and I forgot to take a picture off it.
It was so busy so mostly the cakes and bakery was gone.
Staffs was nice and professional, and the last at the cashier managed to convenience me to download the gail app and start earning points.
